Khamsiri Children’s Community Center
is a place to share the love of Jesus by serving the children of
the impoverished and marginalized inner city. We offer them a
safe place to come, play, learn, discover, grow and be loved and
accepted. We do this through various activities such as teaching
life skills, cooking and baking instruction, arts and crafts and
imaginative play. Additionally, we strive to mentor the children
in areas such as self-worth, respect, and critical
thinking. This program also currently sponsors many of the
children in the community to obtain a quality primary and
secondary education.
Our goal is to love the community well, improve future
opportunities for these children and their families, and to
create a safe and supportive environment for growth both
physically and spiritually.
To achieve our goals of caring for these children we must provide a facility, materials, as well as pay for government licensing to operate a children’s center legally. All of this takes much effort and provision that can only be achieved by your prayers and support.
